First off, if you have not yet beaten Killzone 2 and you do not want to spoil the ending, stop reading now. Also, if you have not beaten Killzone 2, what have you been doing??? It's been out for a very long time. So stop HERE because spoilers are coming.
SPOILERS!!!!!
So Killzone 2 leaves us outside the Capital of Helghan looking at the impending doom brought in by handfuls of unexpected Helghan Flagships. ISA troops seem to have about 500 people left, while the Helghan has thousands. Visari is killed by Rico, and the madness and chaos ensues. The Helghan troops are left with no commanders and are about to run rampant all over the ISA. I happen upon a very interesting video that has a character which I am guessing to be Sev. This is the first Killzone 3 Trailer video, and it is sick. All of these melee moves can be executed in actual gameplay!! Oh, and do not forget that K3 will be introducing JETPACKS!!! I had an idea pop into my head after watching the trailer, but it is ridiculous . Sev puts the helmet on his head, so perhaps he is defecting? Probably not, but it would make an interesting twist. I am guessing Killzone 3 will begin with an attempted escape by the ISA invasion force on Helghan, but it could go many ways. Perhaps they do not escape and you have to work your way around to wipe out the rest of the Helghast in a Sylvester Stallone manner. Maybe you do escape and the fighting travels to Vekta or even Earth. We can only wait to see what happens. Overall, I am extremely excited for this title to be released! It is my absolute favorite shooter. The physics are amazingly robust and they bring a clean realism to the intense gameplay.
